You keep the lease, the address and the lead role. The exhibitors we introduce pay a share of the building's costs, so your own costs fall.
We look at your showroom
Floor area, rent, rates, service charge, and which product categories you would welcome alongside yours.
We match exhibitors
Non-competing brands from our exhibitor database with an A&D specification track record. You meet them and choose.
You agree the space and the share
Each exhibitor takes a defined floor space or blends its products in with your furniture, and pays a proportional share of the building's costs, as set by you.
A licence, and one fee once
The exhibitor signs a licence with you for a minimum of 2 years. CS Property charges a one-off fee of 5% of the first year's licence rent to each side.
Defined floor space
The exhibitor takes its own marked area, with its own display and branding.
Blended space
The exhibitor's products sit within your existing furniture and settings, so visitors see a complete, mixed interior.
