CS Property Services Process

1. Initial meeting Stage (no obligation)

  • Reasons for seeking CS Property Services

  • Timeframe and other deadlines

  • Constraints (contractual, business, other)

  • Ideal outcomes and how CS can best assist

  • Enlist CS Property Services (next steps)

2. Follow-up Stage (requires verbal agreement)

  • Compile detail brief

  • Promote through CS Members; Database, WhatsApp, Website

  • Meet team executives

  • Prepare short-list opportunities

  • Arrange viewings / meetings

3. Deal Stage (requires signed agreement)

  • Identify preferred solution

  • Investigate opportunity / availability

  • Gather feedback and compile draft heads of terms

  • Consult Terms for Lease or License

  • Prepare Letter of Intent (Heads of Terms)

Terms:
CS Property Services is a Finders Service, not an Estate Agency.
CS charges a flat % fee (based on annual rent) to the incoming Tenant / Sharer.
