A big thank you and welcome to the Clerkenwell Showrooms Members Onboarding Page!
We count on our members to display our yellow stickers year-round - and also to ‘Fly the CS Flag’ during the week of CS OPEN Events. This single action results in more visitor traffic as well as supporting the events in the minds of the public at large.
Abstracta use CS Flag during all CS OPEN Events.
This onboarding process will guide you through the steps of understanding what you will receive and how to get the most from being a member of Clerkenwell Showrooms.
We also have a Q&A as well as a quick survey to ensure that we are meeting the future needs of everyone.

Basic Member Plan
The Basic plan is for Showrooms in the Clerkenwell area that want the benefits of; CS Livery, Participation, and Discounts without promotional features.

How to use Plan Features:
CS Window Sticker x 1 unit - this is a low tack sticker that should be placed inside or outside the showroom window. Display prominently to let everyone know this showroom is a community participant. Note: The stickers have a neighborhood watch effect so will deter ASB.
CS Window Flag x 1 unit - this flag has a suction cup that affixes to the showroom window. Display during CS Gathering hosting, CS Open events, Private Receptions.
CS WhatsApp Usage x 1 person - this is a resource for general as well as security messaging between showrooms. We will be developing a text protocol to help with security alerts.
CS OPEN Showroom Participation - this is the biggest benefit of being a CS Member to celebrate local design events and display the CS Window Flag for the duration of the event. Most important is for each showroom to promote the event to its own database to attract visitors to the event and the showrooms. The collective effect of this one action will increase footfall and business revenues for all showrooms.
Basic CS Website Listing - basic links and information will be featured on the website CS Showrooms Directory.

CS Gathering Hosting - this is a bi-monthly meeting hosted by CS Members in their showrooms. It is a casual meeting of showroom and marketing staff members to share experiences and discuss new ideas to improve the managing and monetising of showroom spaces. We also invite experts to provide insights to this theme. To host a CS Gathering please discuss availability with Jeremy here.
Active CS Core Team - invitations to regular core team meetups is a special gathering for ‘Active’ members that wish to directly participate in the growth of the community.
