CS Agent Terms is a guide for individuals that wish to promote CS Services and receive commission payments.

Important: Please read and follow this guide carefully as CS can only make commission payments to those who have followed these steps.

Clerkenwell Showrooms offers agents commission payments for the following services:

1. CS Share - 5 Albemarle Way - £500 - Tenant Finders Fee

The fee is a reward for:
- Agent introduces an interior tenant/brand using the form below
- CS agreeing that the tenant/brand is suitable for the building
- the tenant/brand signing a minimum 12 month contract (within 5 month period of introduction*)
- the tenant/brand paying the securing deposit

Agent obligations:
- to provide a text or email introduction detailing tenant’s name, brand and business email
- sending the form below to set a start date

Property Owner obligations:
- to show available spaces in the building
- discuss rental terms with tenant/brand
- present contract to tenant/brand for signing

Fee becomes payable when:
- the tenant/brand signing a minimum 12 month contract (within 5 month period of introduction*)
- the tenant/brand paying the securing deposit

* submission of the form below sets start date for period

Notes:
CS reserves the right to reject any tenant proposal if;
- the person is known to CS and a history of discussing tenancy has already taken place
- the person or brand is unsuitable to multi-brand showroom for any reason
