The BBQ
Use only charcoal (not wood) and always monitor for sparks.
Note: This this area is high fire risk.
Use the sink to clean BBQ equipment.
Do not leave food out overnight.
The Villa
Use the A4 red operations guide inside the villa for all equipment.
Close all shutters when leaving the building for more than 24hrs.
Sun Awning
This is bagged up and is in the front solarium.
The base consists of 4 x slabs of stone kept under the pool at the rear.
Close the awning when not using as any wind will blow it over and damage the fabric.
In Mistral high winds it is better to not use the awning.
Sun loungers and hammocks are also kept in the solarium. Please bring cushions in during rain or storms.

Replacement bottles are available at the Carrefour Contact store. Use the yellow handles to carry the bottles, the store accepts TOTAL empties.
The Land
Les Fays has 5 acres of fenced terraced land that supports 70+ olive trees with many native herbs (rosemary and thyme) and trees (pine, oak, chene, cyprus).
The entrance gate is closed when occupants are away from the house.
Wildlife include pigs, deer, foxes and many birds.
Security
We have video cameras that are triggered when they see humans.
